It's a trap! Testing out my new old LX200R 12 inch F10

after a little wait i finally had first light of the new observatory setup with the new pier and scope. still lots of tweaking to do before i can do anything serious. but there is proof of life anyway. one must never cross the stream, or in my case the ra and dec leads on the titan50, it does make for interesting polar alignments........

so because it was getting late and i was frustrated i couldn't guide - i haven't set up the off axis guider yet. so was limited to 5 10 and 20 second shots which made for the proof of life eta and a trap
