M8 - Lagoon Nebula

Spent a couple of hours on M8 last week in country NSW. M8 was one of the first targets I ever imaged (although then only for 28 minutes) so it was nice to return to it knowing a little bit more and seeing the comparison!

ASI533MC Pro
ASI120MM Mini
Orion 50 Guide scope
Optolong L-Enhance

Very nice, looking at having a go with this one myself, if only the clouds would clear!

A lot of thin nebula on the outskirts tell me that you've got a great spot out there. Keep it a secret . Nice tight stars, good definition in the dark nebs and very clean overall. Very well done!

It was a great spot, mostly because of a perfect setup location only 5 mins from the motel Although at ~5 hrs from Sydney I think anywhere would do pretty well? Thanks!
