Tak 7x50 Illuminated Finder Scope

Because I haven’t been able to observe for years, sometime ago I removed the batteries from my illuminated tak finderscope to prevent acid leakage. So much time has now passed I don’t remember what type of button battery they were. I think there were three.

Can someone out there let me know which ones and how many to buy please?
