Vertical Lines in Images

I have been getting images with thin vertical lines as in the attached image.
Where do they come from and how do I fix it?

More info, what did you process with did you use sigma kappa clipping? Cameras used? the more info you provide the better the help given, from what they look like you may have been starlinked by elon's satellites but it's hard to tell.

I take it this is a KAF8300 camera?

These are lines created by the readout process and a hot pixel that gets dragged up in the readout process.

Sometimes darks and biases will remove them other times it won't.

The healing tool in Photoshop can remove lines. Click on the start of the line with the width of the tool set to just a bit bigger than the line. Click on the end of the line and enter - all gone!

PixInsight has a cosmetic correction routine that is supposed to handle it but in true PI form it sounds a whole lot more complicated than the healing tool.

The other way to handle it is to use defect maps. As it will be the same column every time you can find out which column and map it. How you do that would be in the help files of the software you use to calibrate your images.

Thanks for the replies.
The camera is a QHY9 colour which has the KAF8300 sensor.
I will give Photoshop a go.
