New Sunspot Activity 16/01/2021

Today was my first real opportunity to Image this year due to Sub tropical summer clouds in Brisbane. I was able to image some emerging sunspot activity on the central southern area on the Sun in white light with my 180 Mak , ND 3.8 full aperture filter, IR cut , Baader solar continuum filter and ASI120mm camera. H-alpha images were taken with my double stacked Lunt 50/60 H-alpha telescope and ASI290mm camera.

Martin,
I'm please you've had the opportunity to get some solar observing.
The results are very good, well done!
Down here we've had thunderstorms, heavy wind and hail!!!!
