Atlas of the Southern Night Sky

I recently purchased a really good book from Bintel titled “Atlas of the Southern Night Sky” by Steve Massey and Steve Quirk
I would recommend this book for both beginner and intermediate amateur astronomers alike
Enjoying both visual and astrophotography I find this book an excellent resource book which includes colour photos and information on most of the DSO’s in the Southern Hemisphere. Also included is information on our solar system and much more
For only $40 odd dollars this book is a must for anyone starting out in the hobby or as a good reference book for intermediates
If you decide to buy it make sure you ask for the 5th edition (latest)
Cheers

Yes, this is a very useful book to have.

Some examples of the Third Edition were 'missing' original page 288 - Deep-Sky Object Planner for September and October. The publisher sent me the attached PDF.
