Item is in excellent condition, photos do show some grains of sand due to using it at my last location (thought I had cleaned it better), only used a handful of times. Purchased it because I thought I would be using it a lot more than I thought. I don't use that often because I already have an EQ mount and I find myself just piggy backing my camera to that instead of having two separate setups.
Haven't really used the time lapse function however it's a cool little tracker and using the app on the phone to control it is a nice little touch. Does track really well.
Comes with wedge and counter balance system. It has no issues with my full frame camera and large heavy lens as long as it's balanced nicely... no problems.
