What a night!

We had very strong gales, 80km/h+ and lost power.
Definitely not a night for observing!!!

Is the observatory still where it should be? I hope there was no damage. We just have drizzle here in the Hawkesbury area.

Yeah, the observatory is OK. The roof was securely bolted down.
All the garden furniture etc. ended up in a huddle behind the garage!
It was supposed to ease up this morning but it’s still blowing a gale.....
