Unfortunately, I have lost the original bracket and illuminator that it came with. I've modifed a GSO standard bracket and this works nicely. If you need it I'll include the base as well. I also found another illuminator. It's not the right one and the thread is not correct, but it does screw in part way and does work.
Cost new US$200. For you, AU$100 posted to anywhere in OZ.
