I'm posting this to share some positive feedback for awesome customer service I recently received from Aaron Jasperson (Jasp05 here on IIS) of Strelow Insurance & Financial Services. Aaron helped me source and secure insurance for all my astro equipment recently.
Specifically I wanted comprehensive home and contents cover, including my astro equipment, with the cover extending to any and all of my equipment when it's in the field with me away from home.
After many attempts and literally hours of phone and online wading through the miasma of insurance policies out there to find affordable cover suitable for myself, I found Aaron here in the IIS community.
Aaron's based in Queensland and I'm in NSW but this was no issue at all in arranging exactly the cover I needed, at a far better price than I'd been able to find. And Aaron secured my policy within a day of my initial contact.
I believe in rewarding great customer service and Aaron's service was really excellent. He's a great guy to deal with and knows his products well.
As a member here he also understood exactly what I needed in terms of my equipment. I couldn't have found a more understanding insurer.
