ZWO ASI183MM Pro Cooled

Looking at upgrading from my DSLR as it just doesn't cut it for me.

Thoughts on something like this? does anyone have experience with one?

Will be getting a FW and filters to match, but is this a good cooled camera to start with? especially because it's on sale right now.

I don't have the cooled version, but do have and use the ASI 183MM for solar imaging.
The small pixel and LARGE SER files generated - a 26 sec SER @19fps gives a 9.8Gb file is difficult to handle.
I needed to upgrade to an MSI Gaming machine, i7, 16Gb memory and a 1Tb SSD drive.
For me it seems to be best (due to the 2.4 micron pixel) with focal lengths <1000mm. ( I still use the ASI 174 for longer focal lengths)
Hope this helps
