Sometimes it's just nice to aim high and just shoot

A few weeks ago It was a crappy night but for a few moments I fired off the 183mcpro on the orion ed80 towards an area near Crux and this was the result, 30 x 30sec with darks processed.

I also used the ZWO EOS adapter with my new/old optolong pro L to shoot a widefield shot of the Carina Nebula the other night using my Sigma 120-300mmm f2.8 zoom with the Tamron 1.4 teleconverter, I think the focus is a little off but it's still a pleasing result, about 24 minutes total exposure
