I have an excellent condition Sony A7Rii full frame camera. This is the backside illuminated 42.4mp IBIS camera from Sony that created quite a sensation. Fairly lightly used.
The sensor is very high QE and low noise and is still cutting edge today.
Its still currently Sony's best performing sensor.
IBIS, very fast and accurate autofocus. I have been using it for nightscapes.
I have 3 batteries for it as well as an external charger. It also will charge from a USB cable.
