Multiple Lum Flats

The rain has stopped tonight and the sky is clear, yippeee ... I have peter's newt running in the shed and to get an OAG into it and to achieve focus I had to remove the filter wheel and the mpcc so I have to pull the camera out to change the filter on the nose.

I already have some Lum and flats for it but after shooting some colour I thought I'd get more Lum as the target will be high in the sky by then. If I change the camera temp by say 5 degrees on the second set of Lum and flats, will maxim be smart enough to use the right flats for the right Lum subs? Or is there another way, I'd like to process the lot in one go.

Disregard this, I sorted it.
