Like a true enthusiast you have made the best of the situation & used the clouds to great effect. Beautifully done IMO. .
On the subject of moonshine , Jimmy Buffet wrote a song 'God's own drunk'
maybe you've heard it.

Love the second one. Has that ‘death star’ feel about it.

Haha. Thanks Tony it would have been a perfect night for that tune. Some friends of mine have just returned from their trip so it was nice to catch up. Got my little table top back too, which they had kidnapped. Bit by bit I'm getting my gear back from people I've loaned it out to, so I was just checking that nothing's come back broken lol.

Thanks Dark, it's a similar effect to using a Neutral Density filter on water (movement in still life).

Thanks Pepper, I didn't think of that but I see it now. When I first saw it, I thought of the tide coming in and washing away a Beach Ball. Maybe it represents how we see ourselves in this hobby. Frozen like the moon, we wait, we watch and we embrace the next wave of photons to pass us by.

P.S. Hopefully the 'death star' doesn't explode anytime soon!
