Rip Chick Corea, Jazz Great

Chick Corea died this past week, aged 79. Those that know Chick's lifetime of achievements need no introduction to his work, if your not familiar just listen to any of the songs by his band "Return to Forever". Album "Where have I known you before".
I first ran across his work when I was living in Calgary in the 1970's and the University FM station used to play tracks from Return to Forever a lot. It is still in the CD stacked in my car, great road trip music. RIP

Glen,
I wasn't carving you up, I often wobble between the A and S keys too.
I was a sad loss.
Greg.

I heard Chick Corea play live in Sydney in the 70s. Had a huge band of talented musicians. Strings horns, the whole thing. Every player a stand out. Sure opened my eyes and ears.
