That numberplate... Possibly a Doctor enjoying a good rural locum gig. They make some thick coin under such circumstances. Not the best example of efficient taxpayer spending.

We have a Doc around here who drives an Audi R8, and lives incredibly humbly in other ways - as in 2 slices of bread with butter for lunch (free from the cafeteria) humble..

leased and claimable or just a owner who can afford one , in my days they often bottom out a lot on crappy rural roads and become a pain to own in time .
