Lodestar as a Polar scope cam

hi,

I've been thinking of adding a webcam to the polar scope of the neq6 to help with polar alignment, which isn't a new concept and has been done with the spc900 and other webcams, but since I have a lodestar which is more than sensitive enough, I thought why not use it with the polar scope?
has anyone done this?

I'm guessing it would need to be afocal where I add an eyepiece to the lodestar, something like an 8mm cctv lens, but most lenses are cs mount.

anyone know which lens would fit the lodestar or what type of eyepiece should I look for? "C" mount?

otherwise can it be used as prime focus by removing the polar scopes eyepiece?

Cheers
Alistair
