Odd colouring. Ha nebulas are pinkish/red not brown. Lots of detail though but considering its a multi million dollar super large telescope on top of a mountain......

Great detail, but the colours all look awful. Looks to me live a narrow-band pseudo-true colour image gone wrong. I've seen many more photos (of this and other targets) here that are more aesthetically pleasing and just as sharp.

I am with some of the others - a bit weird in colour for me - some of the photos posted by IIS members represent the object in a more pleasant way.
