AR2776 and Prominences 19-10-2020

We had another day of unstable air here in Brisbane. So I set up my scopes on auto guide and then set up autorun in Firecapture. I then took a sequence of images of 200 frames at 1minute intervals for the disc images and 20 frames for the Proms.
I batch stacked all my captures in AS3 and processed my best images.
Here are my results.

Ha imaged with my Lunt DS60/50 ASI290mm camera
WL imaged with my Skywatcher ED100, Homemade solar wedge, Baader IRcut andSsolar continuum filters ASI120mm camera

These are great Martin! Yes difficult imaging Sun today with conditions. Doesn't help me much when doing this from a concrete/tiled balcony with the Broadwater infront of you, but I guess you work with what you have.

The Double stack and Single stack clearly shows the huge difference that I want to aim for.

Thanks for posting.
Peter

A very impressive set of images taken through your scopes Martin.
Thank you for providing the additional information to explain how you went about putting things together.

Great set of images Martin, as with PeterMs' set from today as well. Great to have a few more contributors to the solar genre.
