IIS continually timing out

I usually have several tabs open in the Firefox browser and half the time I click on a new thread/topic on IIS, it times out. Go back one page and try again - normally after several times, it loads the page. I don't remember having this problem with Chrome and no other forum or tabs seem to do this. I'm on wireless NBN and have recently changed back to Firefox after reading about Chrome constantly using too much memory - which it was. Any ideas?

Hi John,

I used to have the same problem with Firefox. I can't remember the exact fix, but if you open the menu, under Options/Privacy and Security, click the first box which should ask to remember logins and passwords. Next time you login to IIS it should ask you to remember your login details, and I found it didn't time out after that, and always logged me straight in when I opened IIS. If this doesn't work, I'm out of ideas, but I hope you get sorted.

Thanks Patrick. I've given that a go and we'll see what happens.
