QHY 8 and FS 60 question

I have an FS 60 C- I have been playing with my DSLR + reducer but the exif temps are mid twenties so I am thinking of trying my QHY * (old style) on it.
Does anyone use this combo and what connections do people use?
I have the old square type camera.

Thanks for any advice
Graz

Quite a while ago I was lucky enough to get an adapter off ebay that dropped the thread on the flattener down to a male T thread. They where selling them as filter step down rings. I can't remember if the fs-60 is M52 or M53,but just put a pair of calipers on it and measure it.

I have since had one made to screw on M54 devices.
