The ccd and fw are separate but joined internally when ordering and shipped as a single from the factory. The oag screws directly to the face of the fw, making the system very solid. Total back focus from front of the oag to the ccd is 55mm. I originally bought this system to replace my Atik 383 and the build quality of the Moravian is miles ahead. Purchased 1 year ago for just over $4000, I'm asking $3400.
The G1-0301 autoguider has a pixel size of 9.9nm and is passive cooled, making it very sensitive. It was originally purchased for use with my long focal length RC 10", but now seems overkill with my current refractor. See here for more details
