Comet C / 2015 G2 (Masters)

G'day Folks,

The sky moved for Deb and I tonight.
After having to deal with the unbelievable amount of cloud issuing from my scope box since first opened in September 2014, tonight and despite a waxing moon....

......we spotted our next comet since first seeing Lovejoy.

Dew got us early but we saw it clearly throu the 8" LX90 before taking down the sign.

Our thanks go out to the Astro community who make this possible with detailed yet easy to follow info on where to find it.

Hi Steve and Deb,
I'm glad you got to see it. I missed this one unfortunately .
Did you get PanSTARRS under your belt this week too? It's been putting on a lovely show this week in binoculars and telescopes, and amazing images showing three tails.
