Is there an app or site to see "seeing" rating

As title says I'm looking for an app or site that's gives you a forecast or just daily seeing conditions

Looking for one that gives you the 1-10 rating. As I get great clear nights but images of Jupiter may not be great want to see if it's the air conditions or something else

SkippySky gives "seeing" conditions as well as other goodies like temp, transparency etc., rating 1-10. Just play with the menu above the map.

I wish I had an android to try that app. I looked up one for iPhone called sky harbinger. Supposedly a guy on this forum made it but I can't find it on app store
