Orion widefield

100mm f/2 4x45 secs ISO 1600 on Nano Tracker. Just getting the cobwebs out of my gear.

Well done !
My young nephew who’s a professional photographer ( commercial marketing, weddings , water photography, landscapes etc) is interested in getting into wide field astrophotography as a part time hobby. I’ll show him some of your work with the nano and DSLR
I think he has a Canon 1000D and Canon 1D plus a host of small and big lens’ which he could use

PS: You must have caught the “Mauve” colours from me

Good to see those colours and details in wide field. Surprising how well it works for a few shortish exposures.
