weird green line

Hi folks, have looked at this 3hrs 25 mins of QHY 8 pro OSC Grus Quad and it has a damn great green line down the middle. It was stacked in DSS and I have not seen this before in my QHY pics. Help?

Looks like a bad column; dead column. They're not unusual in a CCD as they age.

Yeah it's a bad column. You can build a bad pixel map from a dark frame and interpolate the rejected pixels or dither to get rid of that very easily during data rejection and stacking.

Definitely a bad column. I have the same thing with my camera, dithering wis not as effective as a bad pixel map as Marc said. If you use pixinsight you can make a bad pixel map from a dark frame and use it with cosmetic correction and you can save it for future use.

I have also seen this in DSS, try this first just in case it's nothing more than a bad setting
Make sure assigned values is off as in the image uploaded
