Cheap canvas camera bags

I've just bought this bag off eBay for my OM-D. The camera is small, so a lens fitted to the body, another lens plus a battery or two is all I want to take on my walks. Travel light! Billingham bags are brilliant, but they are several (many) hundreds of dollars these days since becoming popular. This looks fantastic for around $50 posted (Aust):

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....ht_8486wt_1180

The best part - $55 landed in 10 days

This one is designed for a full-sized DSLR and a lens. They have larger ones too. I'm very happy with the satchel style of bag these days. Bags with a dozen compartments and all the tricks are great, but these are so practical once you've used one. Much better for a quick grab and go.

They are nice,

I have one for the D800 - perfect for just the camera and one lens.

Like my jeans too? LOL

He claims that the canvas is weatherproof, but I'll spray mine with some silicone water repellant as well. Should be fine - even if it gets wet, the camera is still weatherproof...

I didn't see you wearing those shoes at IISAC. Do they sell them as well? They're gorgeous.

Can't wait to receive my two. I love my LP Messenger Pro, but these are smaller and easier to lug around. With the camera around my neck most of the time, the bag should weigh nothing carrying a filter or two, a couple of batteries and a lightweight MFT lens.

I've had my eye on those for a while now and was looking at getting the larger bag so it's good to see someone with one! Let us know what you think of both of them after use sometime.

OM-G

I've left a congratulations in the OM-D thread. Have fun with it! We should organise a day in the city for a street shoot one weekend.

PS - How I keep in shape to wear my sequinned jeans is my business. LOL
