27/1/20 Sol

Hi All

Had some bluish sky for a while today so had a quick look at and some video of our sun, as there is a lonely sunspot on the disk. Sunspots have been few and far between for a while due to the deep minima in activity.
Clouds moved in as soon as I set up the Ha scope, really would have liked to get an Ha image to compare with the white light image but not today. Maybe tomorrow.
100mm F7.7 Achro, Baader solar filter, EQ5, Asi290mc, 100 / 2000 frames processed in Registax.

Well done, mate!
Glad you managed to record the AR2757 as a sunspot in White light.
We're still clouded out down here.
