Dynamic Sun!

These images are 17 minutes apart, taken 8:05am and 8:22am today.

The “jet” to the right of the big prom developed as I was watching it. I followed it over a few minutes as it grew in size! Went and took some disc images, went back 10 minutes later the jet had gone!

This is why Solar viewing/imaging is really addictive!

Thanks for looking!

Peter

A great sequence of our changing Sun Peter.
It looks like that you have also captured another "Prom globule"?

Gerard thank you for your comments. "Prom Globule" is that one I have arrowed or in the larger prom?

I first noticed the one in the centre of the Prominence but later picked up on the object that you have arrowed.
Sorry, I'm left handed!
