Artemis by Andy (The Martian) Weir

What a disappointment that was. I enjoyed The Martian but this latest work is a real let-down. That is, unless you enjoy stories about an impossibly precocious 16 y.o girl who outsmarts cartels and assassins, blows up massive industrial plants on the moon and has friends who just happen to be terribly, terribly clever with electronics, welding - it goes on and on.
Complete rubbish and a waste of time and money.

Thanks Peter. What a shame. I was tempted on the strength of The Martian, but I'll leave the new effort on the shelf now.
