Mars Rotation

It's going to be cloudy for the next two weeks, so I guess this is my only chance to grab Mars. This is about an hour worth of rotation in 7 frames.

4x Powermate
AZ-EQ6

7 2m captures 5m apart at 150 gain 0.01sec.

Normalised in PIPP, stacked in autostakkert and sharpened in Registax then GIFyfied in PIPP.

I can suggest to improve on your image, you need to buy a telescope the size of a small car, and move to Chilli :-)

Excellent effort. I take my hat off to planet imagers as it is a challenge beyond me. I showed your image to a friend and she could not believe such could be done.

Ah yes. Now you point it out , the man in mars is very clear. He looks like Rembrandt in a funny hat.
