Planet Time

Hi All, again.

With the wind and weather being more accommodating, decided to do some planetary imaging as it has been a little while, especially with Mars getting larger in the eyepiece. Seeing was about 6 early in the evening but went off again to 4 or 5 . Mars was from earlier in the day, before dawn
Processed in PIPP and Registax

Equipment used was 150mm F8 newt, EQ6, ZWO 290mc, 2.5X Powermate.

Done good Jeff.

Unless you moved to a high mountain, would be hard to do better :-)

Yea , more aperture and better seeing on a mountain top would be desirable but as we all know, you have to work with what you have at the time.
With the promise of clear skies and reasonable seeing conditions for the rest of the week and some interesting shadow transits on Thursday and Friday night on Jupiter I'm hoping to get some more imaging done.
