Dreams of an even bigger collider than the LHC

An interesting article from Ethan Siegel on a collider to replace the LHC
With the world on economic First Aid due to SARS-COVID 2
should we continue to dream on?
Will we discover any new Physics?
Will countries continue to fund new giant size science projects?

I expect we will see all questions are answered with a yes.
Any project at all is not a waste of money as the main game is to keep money flowing.
Bigger is always good even if you are in the business of small.
