Anyone good at cable making?

I need a specific cable for an autoguider application that converts from the shown diagram pin-out to standard ST4 pin-out.

Anyone willing to do this? Shoestring makes one for $21 US not including post, but was hoping to find someone locally. Shown also is Shoestrings version.

For clarity:

Pic 1: the NON-standard RJ11 receptacle - note the DIFFERENT pin-outs to standard ST4 compliance.

Pic 2: just a picture of how Shoestring converts it.

I really am NOT savvy at making cables!
