Cooked Prawn

This is my second attempt at the Prawn Nebula.

I took 100 at 30 seconds and 1600 iso for a change As this was my second very last night I was a little slack with things not getting darks or doing much of a dither.

I could not see any hint of anything on the individual frames.

DDS stacked only fifty out of the hundred and the final photos was sad showing a small hint something may have been there.

Although clear it was very jumpy up there..getting focus became a guess as the object star never really looked more than a fuzz ball ..so I went for the smallest fuzz ball really

My processing system is have a play in photo shope then in gimp and it was hard work to get anything (for me) and I guess the colour is terrible but I am happy that at least I had the thing in frame this time.

If I can sleep today I will try again tonight and see if I can improve.
And if I feel better later I will do another process and reference other photos to see if I can get the colour to come around to conventional maybe.
