Up for sale a very rare Mizar Altair 15 , a 15cm corrected cassegrain it has a doublet lens in the baffle tube to give a flat field.
Built back in the 1980s is in good condition , very solid build and gives great views. Very few were sold out side Japan
Includes original Mizar AR-1 mount , 5mm and 9mm Orthoscopics and a 25mm Kellnar in 0.965mm fit , the focuser uses standard vixen thread (36.4mm ) so 1.25" adapters are available .
