Astro-Physics (or SB) Portable Pier/Tripod and Accessory Tray System – CHUNKY!

42" (107cm) Portable Pier for AP1200 and 1600 and can be modified for other big mounts (e.g. MX+, ME or ME2). FYI, the 1600GTO mount can handle 100kg payloads, which gives an indication of rigidity of these AP portable piers/tripods. 10" outer diameter - includes post, legs, struts, base and other accessories (see below).

New this would cost you:

· Pier: $1,170.00 (USD)
· Accessory Tray: $95.00 (USD)
· Bi-Level Support Bar: $48.00 (USD)
(Plus shipping and duties etc).

Sell for: $800.00 Aud (excluding shipping).

PM only thanks.

Here is an example of an allu puck/plate that I had made up for my old 8” AP portable pier to fit my Paramount MX. Not included in this sale.

Price drop - now 800 bones. For the portable imager or even observatory setup - a very sold base for any mount (with the correct mating plate - see example pic above).

Bump. If you’d like to adapt this to a non-AP mount, I know a cheap machinest that could help to make this possible for your setup. Cheers
