Daily Telegraph Sunday edition

I received a call from a journalist for the Daily Telegraph earlier this week wanting to talk to me about the CWAS/Malin awards. The article plus a picture gallery appeared in today’s paper and associated web site.

Looking forward to meeting the usual suspects and new finalists at Parkes

Well done Peter, another feather in your cap, so to speak.

About this fellow David Malin, know him well, and have "A View of the Universe" signed twice by him on two separate occasions

Ta Leon, you may have missed it, there was something fishy about the print version of the Telegraph story line

Ta Marc, but I am humbled to see so many great images by other entrants, yet find myself to still be in the shortlist mix again this year.

If we put aside the journo mis-spelling David’s surname, I have to agree with her call that the Malin’s are indeed Australia’s Oscars of Astrophotography...it’s great to see it going from strength to strength each year.

Might have to wash my phone after clicking a Telegraph link, but your eclipse photo is excellent!
