Sorry Everyone in Melbourne (New Gear = Clouds)

New birthday binos and a new EP with the spoils of a recent purge ... of course after three nice clear nights of planetary observing it's now cloudy ... cloudy ... cloudy. Sorry everyone :-)

Ethos 8mm (replacing 7mm and 9mm Naglers) and a set of nice 10x56 bins.

Yup I've finally been tempted to upgrade from my Nagler set - I figure I probably only need 3 EPs with the ethos FOV. skyoyster (Alex) aka 'the wife' loves hers so why not.

Hi James, nice purchases! What will you be using the binos for - just astro, or have you terrestrial uses in mind as well? I bought some binos about a year ago for birdwatching, they are you-beaut.

No Servocat yet. It is inevitable, but I have been so busy since taking ownership of the firm 2 years ago that my observing has had to take a back seat for a while. Soon....
