Modifying your Camera ???

Hello Folks,

I hope everyone is happy and well. So you are planning to modify your camera, but not sure about opening it up or what you will find, what will pop out, fall off etc...

well, take a look at the many resources available on the net such as various repair and disassembly videos on youtube and google images for sure, but one that I'd like to bring to your attention is >>>

http://www.fixyourcamera.org/

It covers many Nikon and Canon cameras (and others???) with hundreds of detailed high resolution images of every conceivable component and subassembly in the camera. It would be great for that, "Where does this go?" or "Can I mod my camera?" question. Some sample Nikon D600 images attached...

Happy viewing and good luck with your projects

Best
JA
