South Pacific Star Party 25-28 May 2017

Registrations have opened for the 25th Annual South Pacific Star Party at Wiruna in regional NSW. The event is organised by the Astronomical Society of NSW (ASNSW). Full details are on the ASNSW website, www.asnsw.com (home page) or jump straight to the SPSP page http://www.asnsw.com/node/712. This year, advance registrations are required. There will be NO on-site registrations. Please register early, online, or check the website for contact details if you have enquiries. (Sorry, I don't check in to the IIS blog very often).

The event is now fully booked, which is great for those who are going, but not for those that missed out

Wow that is ridiculously quick, so it is obviously booked by the people that are there each year, not giving anyone else a chance.

And yes i have been there before

Indeef Al, was good to catch up with so many (including you! ) and the 2 full nights + a half night of clear skies, out of three, made it a great three days! Another great SPSP.
Mike.

Mikes Mount Impersonation repertoire has to have been the highlight of SPSP for Nicky and I this year.

We haven't been able to stop laughing at your amazing "Meade", or the "Skywatcher Dob" encoders impersonation.

Was great to see f2f all the friendly names on this site in the flesh and have a chat.

Clear Skies .
