i do apologise

I picked up my new scope today. Partly clear and windy, then turned to a thunderstorm, celestron orange - I have my stamp of approval

my son partly drove getting some valuable driving instruction and practice on his L's

i installed my microfocus motor asap - then the storm hit after Alan called around

I think it was a combination of Houghy's and Rodstar's big beasties.

Mind you, Central Coast didn't get much more than a gale, in the end.

I did notice the Celestron sky last evening but the psychadelic orange cloud cleared away later. Hope you had a change to enjoy first light with the RASA. Will it be going to Qld Astrofest or SPSP?

Congratulations on your new scope David and I am most impressed with the Bunnings case.
I get so much of my astro applied gear from Bunnings☺.
We need a section in the photography section for clouds...probably get more contributions there than the rest combined☺.
