Couple of clear nights in Sydney

Looks like we might get clear skies across the new moon in Sydney. Shame the jetstream is roaring.

We have had 5 nights of absolute perfect seeing over the last week. One night, so clear the dust lanes in the Milky Way looked like bitumen against the star clouds and stars at the zenith showed virtually no sign of scintillation. Gorgeous, but GAWD DANG IT'S COLD!
