Best method to clean sensor/chip on Astro cameras?

My NexImage 5 needs a clean! As you may know the size of the chip is small. What is the best way to clean it?

I use leather 'q-tips' dipped in 100% isopropyl alcohol, and then lightly hit it with compressed air.
Other people use those CCD 'pens' that you can get for cleaning DSLR sensors.

Would the pen be too big for the CCD?

Went out and bought a big and small sized pen. Works beautifully!
