Sign of the times

While driving in Sydney's south we could not help but notice a new restaurant
sign had popped up....

The name of the establishment made us laugh.... I did a little creative ""Photoshopping" to explain why.

Enjoy!

Hmmm I am one of those unfortunate folk who swap letters ..what is it? Spoonerism?
Now are they unaware many folk have such an affliction or are they indeed aware and capitalise on such to get at least a section of the community to remember their name.
They say the best time to start a business is in bad times so maybe the owners are really clever but if they are real clever would you open a restaurant. This raises so many questions.

If you knew the location and clientele, you might be forgiven for thinking they should have opened a Pharmacy
