Liste To International Space Station With handheld Scanner 144 MhZ

Is it Possible to listen to The ISS as it passes over your location with a Scanner Frequencies 144-145.825MHZ fm-Dose Doppler effect change as it passes over -- Tony.

I think the main problem is that the astronauts very rarely transmit anything these days.
