Hello world

Hi all... just saying hi to everyone...

Just starting to get into astrophotography a few months ago after a short stroll down local mall ended up with bringing home a discounted Celestron Nexstar 4SE.

Enjoying the telescope so far looking at the moon/Jupiter/Saturn etc
Last week I got my 1st image of Orion nebula with Sony a6300 attached to 4SE telescope... its very rough and amateurish image.. 15s and 1600 iso... but hungry for more and saving up for an EQ mount

Nothing amateurish about that, its better than my first attempt.
Try dropping the iso down to 800 and increase the exposure to about 30 seconds. Take multiple exposures, darks and bias and use Deep Sky Stacker and you will be well on your way
