I have had it ever since the hormones kicked in. I have shaved it off once in 20 years (I have been married 12 years) and all my mother in Law could say after looking at me for several minutes was had I had a very short haircut. It wasn't until 2 days later she realised that the beard had gone as well. Now with late nights, mozzies and sun the beard is a practucal astronomical tool. Thats what I keep telling myself anyway!!! It really hide a rather ugly feature - me?

Someone should throw some advertising on those vans in the background - they appear in a lot of photos in this forum

Hi Darren, I like your Orion.

Andrew, I've never noticed the caravans in other posts. They do have advertising on them. Take a closer look below!!

Darren,
Just noticed that the ST80 looks huge compared to you and the 6". I must have been standing right next to it when I took that photo - interesting effect.

Ken,
Nice work (as usual ). I kind of half anticipated you would have a go at it when I posted my comment.

Robin,
Nimmitabel is in the Snowy Mountains of New South Wales - about 30 minutes out of Cooma. We have about 120 people the village and the surounding farms. There is NO light polution and we are at a height of 1,100 Metres about sea level. And yes, it snows!
Cheers JO
