Missing thumb screw

Not sure if this is the right thread, but hopefully someone can help. I'm missing one of the nuts from the tube rings from a Celestron 130EQ. I need to replace it, but have no idea what they're actually called or where to find them. I've (hopefully) attached a pic with what I'm talking about!
